Lead Pastor

Cole was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. He married his wife Jessica in June 2013 and they have three sons, Owen, Knox, and Calvin and a Goldendoodle named Jackson. Cole has an MTS in Church Planting and an MDiv in Leadership from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been serving as an Elder of Reformation Baptist since July 2018, and began serving as Lead Pastor in February 2019. He enjoys reading, playing board games, and exercise.

Executive and Worship Pastor

Chad and his wife Emma have been attending Reformation Baptist Church since 2012. They have two sweet daughters, Clara and Marcie and a son, Hayes. Chad oversees worship, small groups, and serve teams. When able, Chad enjoys being on the golf course or doing some fly fishing.

Administrative Pastor

Jeff Simpson is a native of northwest Arkansas and an avid outdoors man. He loves to snow ski, fly fish or do anything outdoors. Jeff has a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University and a Master's of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to his beautiful wife Dana of 30 years and has two children Nathaniel and Natalie who is married to Cooper Bush. Jeff has been a member of Reformation Baptist since 2013 and has been an Elder since 2016.
